“I was able to engage and analyze real-life organizational cases, rather than just hearing theories behind the tools. Taking this workshop helped me get an insight on the practical aspect of diagnostic thinking. The tools I am taking away are need in every organizational context."

“I feel the workshop was more of a train-the-trainer type experience. This is something I appreciate as I am in the field and working daily on issues of systems change, collective impact, and human-centred design. Experiential learning environment created by Khurshida was perfect and of a great value to me (great return on investment!). I would recommend Khurshida to leadership groups and those who lead teams.”

"I was greatly satisfied by the workshop. The quality of the conversations was excellent. It was also seamless how we moved through the process. Khurshida brought her own stories and case studies to highlight the concepts of organizational diagnostic. She also has deep knowledge of many tools and that was well facilitated to us as participants. Khurshida is very knowledgable and her process is easy to follow.”

I did not have expectations per se other than reviewing art-based facilitation and diagnostic tools. I must say this was incredibly useful as it helped me design a diagnostic framework approach for a job I am working on. I appreciated Khurshida’s 360 degree assessment tool that she is using for diagnostic purposes and would love to have a more in-depth review of it in future. I would 100% recommend Khurshida to others.”

Also, appreciated your facilitation approach (and organization from confirmation email, to workbook, to language, tone and pace of the day). I would absolutely recommend Khurshida to others who need an organizational diagnostic, build a resilient culture or make an impact. I would also enjoy a possible future collaboration. Thank you for an awesome day.”

“In this workshop I learned new concepts and tools such as appreciative inquiry, 360-degree assessment framework, use of metaphors for diagnostic, and building 3D systems. Khurshida demonstrated how we should develop these skills of asking relevant and right questions, ways to identify a problem statement. I would recommend Khurshida because she has proven knowledge and skills in organizational effectiveness and design. She has gained experience working with different clients and organizations and brings a lot of insights developed throughout these mandates. She could play an important role of an objective third party who can help you to identify key organizational challenges and reflect on solutions."
